Dr. Koch received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She has special interests in chronic pain management, sports medicine, pediatric care, and functional health. Dr. Koch is skilled in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Cox Flexion Distraction, Active Release Technique (ART), the Palmer Package, and Activator Method.
Since 1997, Dr. Koch has pursued her passion to help people achieve whole body health and wellbeing as a ministry. She works closely with other healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the most comprehensive care possible; whether, through chiropractic treatment, functional medicine, or medically necessary referrals.
Dr. Koch is passionate about functional medicine, utilizing a broad range of diagnostic tools, including in-house phlebotomy for food sensitivity testing and complete lab workups. This approach allows her to tailor individualized wellness plans that address the root cause of health issues. She has also partnered with a medical team to offer medical weight loss solutions, including GLP-1s and peptides, with personalized coaching to support each patient’s wellness journey.
In addition to human chiropractic care, Dr. Koch is a graduate of a postdoctoral program in Veterinary Chiropractic through the Animal Chiropractic Education Source (ACES) in Meridian, Texas. This program is considered one of the most extensive animal chiropractic programs in the country.
In her spare time, Dr. Koch enjoys spending time camping with her family and trail riding with her horse, Amira.
