Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is a doctoral level, licensed, non-surgical health profession focused on diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal and nervous system disorders. It uses spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and lifestyle advice to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural self-healing abilities. * SPINAL ADJUSTMENTS: Precise, manual or instrument assisted techniques to improve joint function and alignment. * PAIN MANAGEMENT: Drug free solutions for neck pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica and a multitude of other musculoskeletal pain conditions. * HOLISTIC CARE: Addressing underlying causes rather than just symptoms often incorporating exercise and nutrition. * IMPROVED FUNCTION: Enhancing mobility, reducing stress, and correcting posture.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Our process includes an initial physical examination, and a personalized report of findings to ensure a tailored treatment plan.

Book NowImaging
Koch Chiropractic utilizes x-rays when necessary to help diagnose both injuries and pathology. We do not always feel that the patient needs imaging, but at times it is necessary to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Nutrition
At Koch Chiropractic, we offer a full dispensary of the best nutritional supplements available. We also offer nutritional advice and help patients to understand how diet can impact health.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy based on the principle that specific “reflex points” on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to every organ, gland, and system in the body. By applying targeted pressure to these points, practitioners aim to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes and restore internal balance.
Potential benefits of reflexology are deep relaxation and stress relief, pain reduction, improved circulation and enhanced sleep quality.

Book NowAcupuncture Style Dry Needling
Acupuncture-style dry needling is a modern Western medical treatment that uses thin, solid “acupuncture” needles to treat musculoskeletal pain and movement issues. While it uses the same tools as traditional acupuncture, the two practices differ fundamentally in their philosophy and application.
The primary goal of dry needling is to target myofascial trigger points, commonly known as “muscle knots”. These are hyperirritable spots in taut bands of muscle that cause local or referred pain and restrict movement.
Mechanism: Inserting a needle into a trigger point or area of tight muscles which often causes a local twitch response. This involuntary contraction helps the muscle fibers relax, increases blood flow, and releases natural pain-relieving endorphins.
Stretch Therapy
Stretch therapy is a professionally guided, hands-on treatment that uses scientific stretching techniques to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall physical function. Unlike solo stretching, a trained professional manually guides your body through controlled movements to achieve deeper, more precise results than you can safely reach on your own.

Book NowHigh Intensity Laser
High-Intensity Laser Therapy (HILT) is a non-invasive laser treatment that uses high-power, near infrared light to penetrate deep into tissues, reducing chronic and acute pain. By stimulating cellular metabolism (photobiomodulation), it accelerates healing, decreases inflammation, and improves blood circulation. Common uses include treating musculoskeletal disorders, muscle strains, joint pain, peripheral neuropathy, arthritis and nerve dysfunction. Key Characteristics and Benefits: *Deep Penetration: Unlike lower-power lasers, HILT reaches deeper into soft tissues, muscles, ligaments, and bones. *Reduced Pain & Inflammation *Accelerated Tissue Repair: It can reduce and soften scar tissue and greatly improve mobility.
Sessions are usually fast, around fifteen minutes in office. Depending on the condition being treated the severity and the duration of the condition, the number of sessions can vary from two to twenty. The treatment is performed by a highly trained professional.
Common Applications: *Musculoskeletal Pain *Sports Injuries *Chronic Pain due to arthritis, nerve dysfunction and neuralgia *Peripheral Neuropathy *Carpal Tunnel *Post-surgical pain *Spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease *Sciatica

Book NowSpinal Decompression
Non-surgical spinal decompression is a motorized, traction-based therapy that helps open up the disc spaces to relieve back pain, neck pain, sciatica and disc injuries. By creating negative pressure within spinal discs, it helps retract bulging or herniated discs, reducing nerve pressure and encouraging nutrient flow for natural healing.
Key Aspects of the Procedure: *Patients lie on a specialized computer-controlled table, often wearing a harness, which applies, alternates, and relaxes pressure on the spine. *Duration: Sessions typically last about minutes with a total treatment plan spanning four to eight weeks. *Feel: The process in generally comfortable, though patients feel and stretching or lengthening of the spine. *Complimentary Treatments: It is often combined with other therapies such as laser, ultrasound and home exercises.
Conditions Treated: *Herniated or bulging discs *Degenerative Disc Disease *Sciatica *Facet Syndrome *Neck and Lower Back Pain
Benefits and Results: *Pain Relief: Reduces pressure on nerves *Improved Mobility: Restores movement and function, helping patients return to daily activities. *Natural Healing: Promotes the flow of oxygen and fluids into discs, facilitating recovery without surgery or needles. *High Success Rate: Studies have shown it can be highly effective for spinal pain, with one study finding a 95% improvement rate in cervical cases.
